  • Served in direct support of the ANMCC (Alternate National Military Command Center) and the AJCC (Alternate Joint Command Center)
  • Supervised and evaluated personnel, ensuring that all required duties were performed at or above standards.
  • Performed and ensured that all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance was completed on eleven high priority communications systems to include 2,508 circuits, HF communications equipment, and UHF communications equipment valued at over $43 million.
  • Provided technical advice and assistance to other communications facilities during quality control testing and troubleshooting, guaranteeing optimum efficiency in operations, fault isolation, and repair.
  • Maintained the physical security system for the NMCC and AJCC.
  • Prepared technical reports reflecting trends and deficiencies in the quality of service for further study and future corrective actions.
  • As Training NCOIC (Noncommissioned Officer in Charge) was responsible for all common task training and specialized training within the maintenance division.
