- Contributed significantly to UUNet’s 7X24 Operations Center by monitoring and maintaining their internationally deployed IP network, which utilizes popular equipment from the following vendors: Cisco, Fore, Larscom, Redback, Juniper, and Accend/Lucent.
- Organized and participated in repair actions to ensure 100% circuit availability throughout the network in support of UUNet’s aggressive SLA (Service Level Agreement) contracts.
- Provided detailed documentation for major network issues from initial report to final RFO (Reason For Outage).
- Assisted in testing and implementing new equipment and technologies in a rapidly expanding network utilizing ATM, IP, and VLAN tagging technologies
